By providing cutting-edge resources on Robotics, Automation, and Data Centre infrastructure, we aim to transition the “skilled worker” into a “tech-integrated specialist.”

The Founder is a time-served Mechanical Technician who served a 4 years Apprenticeship at a Car Components Manufacturing factory. Since then has worked for a lot of Blue Chip companies involved in Pharmaceuticals, Food/Drinks and Construction industries, installing, maintaining and building all types of Automated production lines. I also have experience working and living in Europe.  I spent years seeing first hand the incredible potential of the skilled trades. However, I also saw a widening gap: while technology like Robotics and Data Centre infrastructure was moving at lightning speed, the resources for the people actually building and maintaining them were often lagging behind.

I started this platform to be the resource I wish I had—a place where the grit of the mechanical and electrical trades ( “boots on the ground”) meets the precision of STEM and automation. When I’m not digging into the latest in automation or reviewing safety protocols, I’m focused on how we can better support apprentices. I believe that by investing in our skills, our safety, and our financial health, we don’t just “do a job”—we build a legacy. We also hope to lighten the mood a little with some humour from BITD (back in the day) of  “Tool Room Banter “.
